Purpose of Job: Responsible to develop good product to customer.
Main Duties:
• Lead QA team to make correct decision about fabric quality/ sample quality before submitting to customer.
• Lead & take responsible about Risk Assessment process.
• Work close with Knitting Technician team/ Sewing technologist to make sure all customer comments about fabric/ pattern/ technical… must improve before pass to sewing team.
• Guide team to check and have suitable quality call out to customer, if any issue.
• Join in the Risk assessment meeting internal/ external.
• Report to Development QA manger, if any major issue.
Contacts/Information:
This role requires frequent communication within the department (e.g. Garment Tech, Sewing, IE, Quality) for coordination and support; across departments with BU teams; and externally with customers and DGI for job-related matters.
Level of discretion judgement exercised:
This role requires a high level of discretion, often involving independent decision-making in situations where options are not clearly defined.
