Guest Relations Officer – Korean Speaking

  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of friendly and efficient services to Korean guests and other guests as needed.
  • Organize and schedule guest activities, ensuring a personalized experience for Korean guests and others.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional activities targeting clients.
  • Track and analyze guest statistics and preferences to enhance service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate all guest-related activities, particularly for Korean guests.
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures when required.
  • Welcome and escort Korean guests and other guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival experience.
  • Manage the guest relations desk and address guest inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met efficiently.
  • Attend and support recreational and group activities as necessary.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting pre-event or function briefing meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Guest Relations Manager.
  • Translate guest materials such as information brochures, guest directories, menus, etc., when required.
  • Collect and relay guest feedback to the Front Office Manager to support continuous service improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and external partners, reflecting positively on the hotel, its brand, and the company.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Korean.
  • Able to read, write and speak in English.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Customer Service, or a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience.
