– Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
– Manage the recruitment and selection process.
– Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
– Nurture a positive working environment.
– Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
– Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
– Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
– Develop and implement policies, compensation and benefits.
– Work with auditors during an audit process.
* Salary and Welfare
– Salary range from at least 20M VND, negotiable according to ability.
– Meal, petrol and house rental allowance for out-of-city staff, allowances for birthday, holidays, New Year, and hospitality according to law.
– Social insurance engagement, Annual leave policy according to law.

* Language
– Must be fluent in English and comfortable with English communication. Listening skills, and writing/reading skills are essential.
– Knowledge of Chinese is valued, but not compulsory.
* Work Experience
– 2+ years of experience in an HRM role in manufacturing factory.
* Qualifications:
– Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Experience in working with auditors and manufacturing company is an advantage.
