JOB GOAL:
Perform tasks in yarn development, focusing on the creation and selection of dyed yarns for socks, ensuring compliance with color and quality standards (shade, physical & chemical properties).
MAIN DUTIES:
• Order color standards from CSI or COLORO
• Coordinate with yarn suppliers to arrange Lab Dip of colors
• Arrange testing of Lab Dip samples and evaluate results
• Communicate updates on Lab Dip with suppliers and customers
• Encode yarn information into the system
• Control workload according to lead time
• Maintain records and physical samples of all approved Lab Dips
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain proper cleanliness/housekeeping
