IT Manager

  • Responsible for all IT operations in Vietnam, with increasing integration into global IT processes (development, implementation, monitoring, and operations).
  • Ensure IT infrastructure and applications operate to the satisfaction of business and management.
  • Lead and manage the Vietnam IT team, including operations, priorities, and performance.
  • Manage IT costs, including planning, annual budgeting, expenditure analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage IT vendors, contracts, and procurement.
  • Manage local business demands, expectations, and requirements.
  • Lead and implement local IT projects, major upgrades, and changes.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of global IT projects, ensuring alignment with global and regional expectations.
  • Manage local IT infrastructure requirements; collaborate with Global Service Delivery on upgrades and changes.
  • Ensure alignment of IT infrastructure, applications, software, policies, processes, and standards with global standards.
  • Ensure reliable operation of data and system backups; define archiving processes and retention policy.
  • Develop a business continuity plan for IT systems and operations in case of cyberattacks, security threats, exploits, and equipment failures.
  • Regularly audit local user access rights to critical applications, represent the IT function in company audits, and manage local IT assets and processes.
  • Identify and implement improvements for end-user engagement, customer satisfaction, feedback, and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to meet global targets.
