* OVERVIEW:
– We are looking for a driven and sharp team member to take ownership of the TOEIC product line at English Dojo. You will be working directly with the founder (a TOEIC 990 holder) to define marketing strategies, build the core identity of the course, and help scale a course designed not to teach shortcuts, but to rebuild broken foundations and deliver real, measurable results.
* RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Marketing (Primary Focus)
+ Research competitors and market gaps in TOEIC preparation (offline and online).
+ Assist in building customer personas, product positioning, and campaign planning.
+ Work with the team to run social content (Facebook, TikTok, Email) and track performance.
+ Write or review content related to TOEIC promotions, landing pages, and ads.
+ Plan and execute monthly sales goals for the TOEIC course with the marketing team.
+ Engage with students (in person/online) to understand their behavior and feedback.
– Course Development (Support)
+ Support curriculum development (0–300, 300–500, 500–650) with the Head of Course.
+ Provide feedback and ideas for lesson types, student pain points, or learning experiences.
+ Help test course activities and provide user-level insight for improvement.
+ Research learning trends and student expectations in the TOEIC segment.
+ Contribute to gamification plans and experience-building ideas.
* BENEFITS:
– Salary: Competitive + Performance bonus
– Opportunity to grow into Product Owner or Marketing Lead
– Direct mentorship from founder (12+ years in education and marketing)
– Real impact: You help build a course that will reach thousands of students
– Smart, honest, product-focused team (no fluff, no bureaucracy)
– TOEIC Score: Minimum 850+ required (preferred 900+ or actual test report).
– Strong understanding of TOEIC test structure (especially 2-skill format).
– Demonstrated ability to self-study or guide others through TOEIC journey.
– Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
– Solid writing skills in Vietnamese (and preferably English).
– No marketing degree required — but you must love data, logic, and clarity.
– Experience in educational environments is a plus.
