– The person in charge of the room reservation is centered on customer service and needs to communicate smoothly with customers and to convince customers
– Coordinate tasks and manage relevant data accurately for efficient scheduling service operations
– Effectively respond by the rules to reservation related inquired such as calls, emails, and fax
– Enter and modify the data related to the reservation, and create VIP and other booking documents
– Respond to departmental inquiries by phone or email from customers and sales and promotions
– Handles common departmental administrative tasks (office management, roster, contract related documents or files, etc.)
– Assist with departmental routine tasks (such as sales planning, sales performance reporting, documentation, scheduling, travel preparation, payment request etc.)

* Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Understanding of hotels and hotel products(Room, F&B, etc.) industry
  • Knowledge of hotel rooms and meeting related services
  • Knowledge and ability to use computers to analyze and manage budgets
  • Understanding the operating skill and booking sales process of hotel reservation management system
  • Understanding of hotels and hotel products(Room, F&B, etc.) industry
  • Good writing skills

* Qualifications & Experiences
– 1-year college degree, bachelor degree preferred- Previous work experience with hotel booking preferred- Basic communication in English and other foreign languages preferred- Confidentiality of sales planning and strategy is essential
