* As a HR Intern, your responsibilities will include:
– Assist recruitment activity: design job poster, sharing jobs on social network, contact to candidates for interview arrangement
– Assist for checking time attendant of employee to be assign by C&B Officer
– Support in organizing internal & external training activities
– Support to control the company’s regulatory rules that are fully communicated to the departments as well as posted in areas that are easily accessible to employees.
– Support C&B team fill the related documents
– Participate in organizing company events
– Support to arrange meeting room and travel arrangements
– Support to handle database related to bank account (list, ATM card)
– Manage interns of other departments
– Do other assigned tasks requested by HR team
– Graduated from University of Languages/ Economic/ Administrative-Human Resources Management or other related fields
– Passionate about factory environment, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
– Proactive and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
– Fluent in English is a plus.
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
